PRODUCT INFO
Every piece is handmade. My process varies from piece to piece but includes pouring, cutting, and sanding each piece by hand and giving it its shape, then using a variety of sand paper grits and polishing it until it achieves the desired finish.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If an item is not satisfactory upon arrival, contact me immediately so we can set up your return. Please keep in mind that all pieces are handmade and therefore uniquely created. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping, once the item is returned to me in unused and perfect condition. Items can also be exchanged for up to two weeks after the items has been received. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. If you are not completely satisfied with your Cultivated Life Purchase, please don't hesitate contact me. We make every effort to provide stellar customer service!
SHIPPING INFO
All items are shipped from Holly Spring, NC. Most items are sold "as is" but if your item is made to order please allow 10 to 14 business days prior to your item being shipped unless otherwise noted. All Cultivated Life Jewelry is packed in a hand-stamped jewelry box inside of a padded envelope and will be shipped via USPS.
Rush Orders: I am happy to provide upgraded shipping if you need an item faster. Please contact me before order so we can adjust the shipping amount and talk about your deadline.
Domestic Orders: Will ship First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. You will be notified with a tracking number once the item ships.
International Shipping: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Changing length, chain, or cord:
Items are priced as is with the cord or chain and length specified. If you would like a different type of cord or chain or a different length, than please contact me. If it is an upgrade from the original item than that fee will be communicated and assessed. Some pieces by nature of design cannot be changed.
